At our driver engagement centre, you can get help with any one of the following issues: 
 

  • New driver-partner or fleet-partner profile registrations

  • Difficulties with the driver's account profile

  • Linking a new vehicle

  • Updating your profile details e.g. email, mobile number 


P.S. You can save a lot of effort and time by writing directly to our customer support in the app.

Get help at the Bolt DEC

You will only get help at the engagement centre by appointment. Please ensure that you arrive on time so that you do not forfeit your appointment.
