Car Application Process
As a driver, you can register a new vehicle to drive if you have all the required documents.
Please be advised that a driver can only activate one car at a time and once you submit a new car application, you need to contact our support team to notify and submit EVP cancellation for the old vehicle.
What must I do?
Login to the Bolt App > Driver Portal > Manage vehicles > Add new vehicle

Submit the required documents:

Road Tax: Must be valid.

Car Grant/VOC: Proof of vehicle ownership.

E-hailing Insurance: Mandatory for all drivers.

PUSPAKOM Certificate: Required if vehicle is over 3 years old.

Our team will verify your vehicle application in 5-7 working days and you will get notification in the app for update. If you need further assistance, do contact our Support team.
How much does it cost?
No cost for linking your car with Bolt.

Scroll down to Driver Portal
Select "Manage vehicles"
* if you cant find it, click on "see more >"
Tap on "Add new vehicle"
Key in your New License Plate

Click "Continue"

Input the vehicle details (vehicle manufacturer, vehicle year model, colour, etc.)
Note: Tick "Delete my currently active vehicle" if you wish to remove your old vehicle.

Select “Next”

Add the required documents：
Road Tax, Car Grant/VOC, E-hailing Insurance, PUSPAKOM Certificate (Required if vehicle is over 3 years old)
