Scheduled Ride

Scheduled rides are a premium service for passengers that can help you increase your earnings. By accepting scheduled rides, you can plan your trips in advance, reduce waiting time, and maximize your daily fare earnings. Additionally, these rides provide an opportunity to get more consistent passengers, making your driving experience smoother and more profitable.

How to accept a Scheduled Ride?

Before going online

Tap the New Scheduled Requests banner

      OR

Go to Menu (☰) > Scheduled Requests

Accepting a ride

Select a request and tap Accept

How to view accepted rides

Go to Menu (☰) > Scheduled Requests > Accepted

 

See the fixed price, pickup time, and required time to go online

How to complete a Scheduled Ride?

1. Be online on time – Go online by the time shown on the 'Accepted trip' screen. If you're late, the ride goes to another driver

2. Receiving Other Ride Requests – You’ll only receive ride requests that don’t overlap with your scheduled ride and are close to the drop-off point

3. Head to the pickup – Tap 'Start driving' when you're ready

4. Mark arrival – Tap 'Arriving' when you reach the pickup point

5. Wait for the passenger – They have 5 minutes from the scheduled time to show up

6. Start the ride – Tap 'Start the ride' only when the passenger is in the car

Arriving early?

That’s great! Just note that the 5-minute wait time starts from the scheduled pickup time, and any extra wait time before that won’t be compensated

How to cancel a Scheduled Ride?

Before heading to pickup:

  • Find the relevant order in your Accepted orders view

  • Select the ride and tap Cancel

After your scheduled departure time:

  • Tap Start driving

  • Tap Cancel

Note: Repeated cancellations of scheduled rides may make the feature unavailable to you

If the passenger doesn’t show up after 5 minutes from the scheduled time:

  • Tap Cancel

  • Select the relevant cancellation reason

  • You’ll receive the passenger’s cancellation fee

Note: If the passenger cancels less than an hour before the scheduled pickup, the cancellation fee will automatically applied and added to your earnings
