About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into areas such as leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (D&I) initiatives, enhancing the overall employee experience, and shaping Bolt’s culture.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Platform Migration Assistance: Support the team in the migration of our learning and performance platform this could include organizing files, testing features, or helping with user feedback collection.
Data Organization & Review: Assist in reviewing and organizing data related to our learning and performance platforms. This could involve checking for accuracy, formatting data, or helping create reports.
Learning Content Design: Help create and organize learning materials. This could involve formatting documents, creating simple visuals, or helping to edit content.
Change Management Support: Assist in preparing communication materials and resources to inform our global team about the platform changes. You'll gain insight into how large-scale changes are communicated and managed across diverse audiences.
