Operations Specialist - Reactivation & Retention

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the operations team responsible for exploring, launching and scaling new initiatives that will have a strong impact on urban mobility and the way millions of people are moving in cities. About the role

You will be responsible for the execution of the reactivation strategy for churned drivers and will actively contribute to driver retention & engagement initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring a steady and high-quality supply of drivers. You will be collaborating closely with both the France Local Operation team and the Bolt Central Operation Team, to optimize operational processes and achieve growth targets

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to reactivate drivers and anticipate churn: review & improvement of financial incentive schemes and communications, process definition and monitoring for drivers at risk. Build automation where possible.
Analytics and performance - you will be responsible for setting up and monitoring relevant KPIs to track the performance of reactivation initiatives to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to anticipate and/or address them..
Collecting field information to support decision making and process improvement by actively engaging with PHV drivers.
Provide support on daily operations for various initiatives aiming to foster driver engagement with the platform, including (but not restricted to) weekly performance reporting and continuous process improvement to ensure business scalability.
Partner management - you will manage outsourced vendors (human or AI-driven) to conduct reactivation outreach and pitch campaigns. You will set targets, monitor quality, optimize their performance and be accountable for the above.

About you:

You have 2-5 years of experience in an analytical or operations position in Startups, Strategy Consulting or other relevant organisations.
You must be fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter: You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments that require a test-and-learn approach and building from scratch, and you demonstrate a strong bias for action.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel / Google Sheets required).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and eager to learn.
