Based in London or the Nordics, you'll own strategic government tender submissions that help shape how public sector organisations access mobility services. Reporting to the Head of B2G, you'll play a key role in winning and retaining high-impact public sector partnerships. As a Senior Tender Manager within Bolt's B2G Ride-Hailing team, you will lead end-to-end management of complex government tenders across Europe. You'll be the enterprise expert for Bolt for Business globally; identifying, engaging, closing, and onboarding new clients, then working closely with them to grow revenue over time. Rather than focusing on volume, you'll carry a focused target list, where it'll be how well you know the people on the other side of the table that closes the deal. You'll build detailed account maps, track organisational changes, attend the right events, and cultivate relationships across procurement, finance, travel management, and the C-suite, so that when the moment arrives, you're already trusted. Closing a handful of transformational deals a year is the goal, and the quality of your preparation is what makes that possible. You'll work across functions, alongside Strategic Partnerships, Solutions, Tender Management, and GTM to bring the full weight of Bolt to bear on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. But ultimately, the relationship is yours to own.

New Bets is the team that decides what Bolt does next. We put an idea for a new business in front of real buyers and find out fast whether it deserves to exist. Several of those ideas are B2B — platforms we built to run our own business and could sell to others, plus partnerships in sectors we don't operate in yet. All of them stall at the same question: will an enterprise buyer pay for this? Nobody at Bolt owns that answer today. That's the job. You take one bet at a time, build the pipeline from nothing, get to the people who make the decision, and come back with a verdict the company can act on. Validate it and a new business line starts. Invalidate it and we stop — worth exactly as much. Come back with the precise reason a deal was lost and we pivot, then win on the second attempt; those reasons are the most valuable thing you collect. Few people in this profession are ever rewarded for shutting something down. Industry changes every three to six months. One senior person covers unusually broad ground here: you set your own targets, build your own commercial motion, and answer for the verdict rather than for a monthly number. If you want to run a proven playbook, this will frustrate you. If you want to be there at the inception of a business — before the product, the price or the team exist — this is that seat.

Insurance at Bolt isn't a back-office function. Across 50+ markets, 200M+ customers, and multiple verticals, it's a real lever on cost, risk, and product. We're looking for a Head of Insurance to own our group insurance demand end to end: building the strategy, running the placement cycle, and turning insurance into a commercial enabler across ride-hailing, delivery, micromobility, and financial services. You'll own all group insurance demand for Bolt, with a mandate to build and run, not coordinate. You'll design our insurance strategy, lead the placement cycle, evaluate captive structures, and embed insurance into the products our drivers, couriers, and business customers actually use. You'll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on insurance for our C-suite, General Counsel, and Vertical leadership, including chairing the insurance seat on our risk committee. You'll partner closely with Vertical GMs, Product, Legal, and Finance across a genuinely global remit.

At Bolt, every ride order flows through our matching system. The quality of each allocation shapes platform-wide outcomes, affecting how quickly riders are picked up, how efficiently drivers earn, and how well we manage supply and demand across dozens of markets. We are evolving our matching stack from a heuristic-based dispatch system toward a context-aware, probability-based allocation engine powered by machine learning and reinforcement learning. As Principal Product Manager, you will own this transition end to end. You will define the roadmap, build a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and specialists, and be accountable for both the performance of the existing system and the delivery of the next generation. This is a deeply technical role that also requires clear, precise communication with senior stakeholders. You will own the interface between matching and pricing, coordinate experiment rollout across markets, and set the direction for how Bolt allocates supply at scale.

As a Principal Safety Engineer, you will be the guardian of safety integrity across our SAE Level 4 Autonomous Product and the broader robotaxi ecosystem. You will own the complete, end-to-end L4 safety case—from hazard analysis (HARA) and operational design domain (ODD) definition through to system design, verification, and regulatory approval. Crucially, you will ensure that L4 product safety requirements and rigor extend throughout the entire lifecycle of robotaxi operations, guaranteeing seamless safety continuity from initial product development to live, on-road fleet service. This is not a compliance checkbox role; you will carry accountability that matters. You will shape how safety is embedded across the organisation and the robotaxi ecosystem, influencing fail-operational system architecture, operational workflows, engineering practices, and decision-making at every level. You will work closely with engineering, product, fleet operations, and regulatory stakeholders to define what "safe enough" means for autonomous urban mobility—and ensure it is rigorously achieved, defended, and maintained across ongoing fleet operations.
