We're hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to own marketplace performance across a group of UK city markets within the Rides domain, and to line manage a small team of Operations Specialists. This is a hands on, commercially driven role that combines personal ownership of the most complex city and marketplace problems with responsibility for the performance, development and output of the people around you. You'll set the analytical and operational standard for your cities, decide where the team spends its time, and make sure the interventions that ship actually move supply, demand and marketplace health. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Marketing, Product and Public Policy, you'll shape and deliver city level strategy across pricing, incentives, supply engagement and operational initiatives.

We are looking for a commercially-minded, analytically sharp Senior Operations Specialist to own and grow the health of our ride-hailing marketplace in Romania. This is a senior, high-ownership role on our Rides Marketplace & Planning team: you won't just diagnose what's broken and propose fixes — you'll own the strategic direction of supply and demand across all Romanian cities, make the financial and commercial calls that move the business, and lead the complex, cross-functional projects that turn those calls into results. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with the Operations Manager and the wider leadership team, including the General Manager, and partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Public Policy, CS) as well as analysts and marketplace managers from HQ and other countries. We are looking for a solutions-driven Senior Operations Specialist who combines a strong analytical foundation with the ability to independently lead projects end-to-end to support with our Riders domain. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in growing and strengthening Bolt’s marketplace by driving engagement across both our driver and rider communities. You will develop initiatives that keep drivers active, engaged and connected to the platform, while supporting rider acquisition and retention through local marketing and lifecycle campaigns. Working closely with Marketplace Operations, Driver Operations, Central Marketing and other cross-functional teams, you’ll use data and local insights to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and continuously improve the experience for both drivers and riders

You'll partner with the General Manager and local operations teams to drive strategic growth and operational excellence for Bolt Food in Malta. This means building financial models, optimizing end-to-end processes, turning data into actionable decisions, and managing key projects from conception to measurable outcome. As a Strategy and Operations Manager your goal is to oversee, discover and drive improvements across country operations. You will be the right hand of General Manager in driving operational excellence, analysis, decision making and project management.

The Strategy & Operations Manager owns the day-to-day performance of Bolt’s ride-hailing marketplace in Croatia across Riders, Planning & Analysis, and Marketplace. Reporting to the General Manager, the role optimises pricing, maintains marketplace balance, and shapes rider and driver behaviour to improve efficiency, reduce cancellations, and drive Finished Rides growth.

About the role You'll partner with the General Manager and local operations teams to drive strategic growth and operational excellence for Bolt Food in the Czech Republic. This means building financial models, optimising end-to-end processes, turning data into actionable decisions, and managing key projects from conception through to measurable results. As a Strategy and Operations Manager, your goal is to identify, prioritise and deliver improvements across country operations. You will act as the General Manager’s right hand in driving operational excellence, analysis, decision-making and project execution.

We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to join the Rider Domain team in Romania. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role — you'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to manage our category portfolio, increase category performance, and expand Bolt's footprint through launching new categories across Romania. You'll play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships with venues, airports, banks, and other key partners to unlock new growth opportunities and strengthen Bolt's position in the market.
