As our Global Maintenance Manager you will be globally responsible for the quality, efficiency, and safety of vehicle maintenance across all of Bolt’s micromobility markets. You won’t be managing mechanics directly — instead, you’ll lead through influence: setting the standards, building the metrics, and coaching our local Operations Managers and lead mechanics to perform at their best. You’ll sit at the crossroads of field operations, data analytics, and product. Your primary stakeholders are our regional Operations Maintenance Managers (OMMs) and lead mechanics across Europe. You’ll also act as the product owner for the maintenance section to serve as the key link between local teams and the central teams.

We’re looking for a Senior Global Business Development Manager to drive high-impact, international partnerships and unlock new growth opportunities with Enterprise level grocers and retailers across Bolt’s core and expansion markets. In this role, you will focus exclusively on new business—identifying, structuring, and closing complex (international) deals that generate incremental GMV and enable large-scale, multi-location rollouts. You will own the entire deal lifecycle, from opportunity identification and strategic positioning through negotiation, contract signature, and launch. Working closely with Leadership and cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and Local Markets, you will ensure each partnership is set up for long-term success before handing it over for ongoing management. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role, designed to give complex and high-value opportunities the senior ownership they require. New Bets is the team that decides what Bolt does next. We put an idea for a new business in front of real buyers and find out fast whether it deserves to exist. Several of those ideas are B2B — platforms we built to run our own business and could sell to others, plus partnerships in sectors we don't operate in yet. All of them stall at the same question: will an enterprise buyer pay for this? Nobody at Bolt owns that answer today. That's the job. You take one bet at a time, build the pipeline from nothing, get to the people who make the decision, and come back with a verdict the company can act on. Validate it and a new business line starts. Invalidate it and we stop — worth exactly as much. Come back with the precise reason a deal was lost and we pivot, then win on the second attempt; those reasons are the most valuable thing you collect. Few people in this profession are ever rewarded for shutting something down. Industry changes every three to six months. One senior person covers unusually broad ground here: you set your own targets, build your own commercial motion, and answer for the verdict rather than for a monthly number. If you want to run a proven playbook, this will frustrate you. If you want to be there at the inception of a business — before the product, the price or the team exist — this is that seat.

You'll own all group insurance demand for Bolt, with a mandate to build and run, not coordinate. You'll design our insurance strategy, lead the placement cycle, evaluate captive structures, and embed insurance into the products our drivers, couriers, and business customers actually use. You'll report into the Director of Procurement and serve as the senior voice on insurance for our C-suite, General Counsel, and Vertical leadership, including chairing the insurance seat on our risk committee. You'll partner closely with Vertical GMs, Product, Legal, and Finance across a genuinely global remit.
