18-month Graduate Programme
Launch your product career with Bolt’s 18-month Graduate Programme for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Gain hands-on experience through two rotations and mentorship from top product experts. By the end, you’ll be ready to take on roles like Product Manager, Analyst or Designer — equipped with the skills to innovate, solve challenges, and shape the future of tech.
Boot Camp and onboarding
Start your journey with a boot camp week focused on tools, processes, and our product development framework. Meet fellow associates and immerse yourself in Bolt’s culture.
Product Team A (First Rotation)
This 9-month stint will immerse you in a specific product focus within a vertical or horizontal team. Work with cross-functional teams to launch products, analyse market trends, and refine user experiences.
Product Team B (Second Rotation)
Switch to a different team to deepen your understanding of how various product areas work together.
Market visits
2 mandatory week-long market visits will give you firsthand insight into customer interactions, user issues, and regional product impact.
Re-onboarding
After your first rotation, you’ll re-onboard with your second team, ensuring a smooth transition as you take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Your career’s next big move
After 18 months, you’ll be ready to step into a Product Manager, Analyst, or Designer role, taking on impactful projects and driving product success.
