European Markets
- Please use the Bolt account information. Note that the account number is unique to your account and should not be shared with other partners. Your balance will be updated over the next 24 hours.
Rest of the world
- Please use the Bolt account information and your unique reference number to make your payment. Your balance will be updated over the next 2 business days.
Mobile Wallet Payment (🇰🇪 Kenya, 🇬🇭 Ghana)
Follow the steps below to make your payment from a mobile wallet:
- Tap the Pay to Bolt option
- Select your payment option
- Confirm your details then proceed to Pay Now
- Enter your mobile wallet pin to confirm the transaction.
Please wait for payment confirmation before closing/navigating away from the payment portal. After confirmation, the payment can take between 3 minutes and 24 hours to update.
