Bolt charges a commission from the final price per order. The commission fee applies to both cash and in-app rides, and cancellation fees. The commission doesn’t apply to tips, bonuses, or additional airport or toll fees.
Bolt commission fee for private hire car (PHV) companies
- 25% in all currently active cities, excluding Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf and Nuremberg
- 30% specifically in Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne and Dusseldorf
- 29% specifically in Nuremberg
Bolt service fee for Taxi companies
- 13% in all currently active cities, excluding Berlin, Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Munich and Nuremberg
- 30% specifically in Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Berlin and Munich
- 29% specifically in Nuremberg
Commission is calculated automatically and deducted from the weekly earnings. You can see the sum of the commission fee charged in the Earnings view.
