If you want to tip the courier, you can do so via the app on the checkout screen before confirming your order or with cash in person. Leaving a tip via the app is only possible if you’re paying by card or with Bolt Balance.
The tips will be displayed on your delivery invoice, and you can view previous tips in the Order History section in-app.
If you'd like to revoke your tip, please contact Support. The tip is refunded to your Bolt Balance.
