Fleet Operations Driver
- Make sure our scooters and e-bikes are sufficiently charged and ready to ride.
- Distribute scooters and e-bikes across the city.
- Perform minor repairs.
- Support the operation team on site.
Mechanic
- Repair scooters to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Perform general repair work and check-ups.
- Analyse incidents and fix technical and mechanical problems.
- Test scooters before releasing them.
Warehouse Associate
- Organise stock and maintain inventory.
- Check, verify, and fill in customer invoices.
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
- Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
Vehicles Specialist
- Perform fleet inspections.
- Solve various vehicle-related issues.
- Transport vehicles for repair or maintenance.
- Refuel, wash, and clean vehicles.

Previous experience is nice to have but not required. We are looking for people who are interested in the field and are eager to learn. We will ensure that you get a good onboarding from an experienced colleague.
What does the interview process look like?
The process will not take longer than 14 days and can vary depending on position and country.
Where will the interview take place?
The interviews will take place digitally. Usually, there is no need to go anywhere. In some locations, we will invite you for an interview with the hiring manager onsite.
What kind of working schedule does Bolt offer?
In general, we are looking for Fleet Operations Drivers and Vehicles Specialists who are flexible for shifts as we are operating in 2-3 shifts depending on the location.
(Scooters) Mechanics usually work in a day shift.
What documents do I need to start working with Bolt?
ID card/Passport and/or working permit;
Local bank account;
Local Tax ID;
Only for Fleet Operations Drivers/Vehicles Specialists: EU Driver's license;
