Junior Legal Counsel, Northern Europe

We are looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel based in Tallinn (global HQ) to support our markets in the Northern EU, including Baltics, Nordics and DACH+NL. What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements with suppliers, partners, customers and other third parties to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. This would include lease agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Supporting corporate governance, NDA and Power of Attorney requests
Provide day-to-day legal support to Bolt in Northern EU, working closely with (Senior) Legal Counsels responsible for sub-regions for guidance as you attend to daily business inquiries.
Coordinating advice with cross-functional stakeholders, including members of Tax, Privacy, Public Policy and Legal team.
Liaising with external counsels in the existing and new jurisdictions to ensure compliancewith local laws and regulations as well as assisting with the incorporation and registration of new entities.
Staying up to date with legislative developments, anticipating legal and commercial risks and advising and assisting the business to prepare for them.
What we expect
About you:
Qualified lawyer in one of the markets belonging to the Northern EU.
You have between 2 to 4 years of professional experience (excluding internships), preferably at a law firm or an international company.
Big bonus if you can speak Lithuanian, German, Swedish or Estonian language.
You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems.
Essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Independent, proactive, creative, business-minded and a consider-it-done attitude
