Accountant

As Bolt continues to expand its operations globally, we are looking for an Accountant to join our HQ team in Tallinn. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that financial practices align with the company’s growth objectives. What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead month end closing activities for your designated subsidiaries, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Manage asset accounting processes effectively.
Take an active role in audits, organizing audit materials and ensuring timely completion of the audit process.
Managing operating cash flows and payments for the designated subsidiaries.
Collaborating with local accounting partners and internal stakeholders for accounting and tax related compliances.
What we expect
About you:
You have 3+ years of work experience as an Accountant and higher education in Economics.
You have full professional proficiency in English and a strong understanding of various accounting rules and regulations.
You possess a "can-do" attitude with the ability to prioritize, deliver, and manage tasks effectively.
You are detail-oriented with strong generalization skills and tech-savvy with an eye for details.
You are a strong team player who can also work independently.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Workday is an advantage.
Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
