Across 300 cities, Local Operations keeps Bolt scooters and e-bikes safe, available, and ready to ride. The team manages vehicle deployment, rebalancing, battery swaps, maintenance, and quality checks to ensure riders can find a vehicle when and where they need one. Working closely with city authorities and logistics partners, Local Operations responds to changing regulations and uses operational data to improve fleet performance in every market.

Bolt Food brings together food delivery and grocery delivery on one platform. The team works with local restaurants, stores, and courier partners to help customers access fast and reliable deliveries. From growing merchant selection to developing local offers and expanding into new cities, the team helps shape the Bolt Food and Bolt Market experience for millions of customers.

Bolt Drive

Local Operations manages the day-to-day performance of Bolt Drive fleets across multiple markets. The team oversees vehicle deployment, rebalancing, refuelling, cleaning, and maintenance, helping ensure cars are ready when users need them. The team also works with city authorities, parking providers, and service partners to keep fleets running smoothly. By using local knowledge and operational data, they improve vehicle availability, increase fleet utilisation, and help grow a dependable alternative to private car ownership.

Our dedicated relocation team will support you and your family during the relocation process, handling all necessary immigration steps and helping you settle into life in your destination country.

What you can expect

Transport to the country of employment.

The first month's rent and broker fee for your permanent residence.
Government fees for necessary documents (visa, residence permit, etc.)
