That means turning raw, noisy behavioral signals into durable, high-quality representations of what users want, need, and care about their preferences, intents, and life moments and using them in real time to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time You won’t be implementing someone else’s framework — you’ll be defining the methodology and building measurement infrastructure and self-serve tooling that scale across 50+ markets. You’ll partner closely with the Director of LCM, vertical Heads, and technical teams across Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and Martech Engineering as the leading and owning individual contributor for this framework.
