Recruiter screen (30–45 min)

A first call with a recruiter to learn more about you, your background, your motivation to join Bolt, and your overall fit. You'll also get an introduction to the team and the role, and have the chance to ask questions. Here are some helpful interview prep guides:

Analytics interviews

Across three interview rounds, you’ll meet senior analysts, stakeholders, or peers. Each stage assesses your skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to connect data with business impact. Through case studies and discussions, we’ll see how you collaborate, communicate, and apply your craft in real-world contexts.

Our dedicated relocation team will support you and your family during the relocation process, handling all necessary immigration steps and helping you settle into life in your destination country.

What you can expect

Relocation package

Transport to the country of employment.
