Hardware Engineering
The Hardware teams are responsible for designing, engineering, producing, and procuring micromobility vehicles. Whether an electric scooter, e-bike, or charging station, they're all built to last and designed to serve customers' needs.
This team collaborates with the Software teams to unlock new possibilities for our vehicles, making our new models smarter and easier to use.
Teams
Product Management This team is accountable for creating the Product Roadmap and making decisions during the development and monitoring of scooters, e-bikes, docks, and racks and their features. They support tender and regulatory teams, provide input to marketing and PR, and ensure that our products meet customers’ requirements. Hardware Engineering This team sets priorities and coordinates development projects with Product Managers. They conduct tests to support powertrain and firmware development, create operating procedures for hardware support and repairs, and produce technical documentation. Additionally, they build hardware design solutions and are responsible for powertrain efficiency and development. IoT This team coordinates with the product managers to develop the IoT-related roadmap and features. They’re also responsible for developing embedded systems, PCB design, component planning, and selection. They develop firmware for IoT modules both in-house and through outsourced vehicles. Supply Chain Management This team handles various topics such as procurement, production, quality control and supplier management.
