The Geo team is responsible for all geo aspects at Bolt, from routing to address search to building the map infrastructure to support all our product verticals.

Rides Campaigns The Rides Campaigns team is responsible for an internal product that enables the creation and execution of incentive campaigns for diverse users, including riders, scooter users, drivers, and car renters. Our product is designed to handle thousands of campaigns running simultaneously, making it the largest product within the incentives department. We are committed to delivering value and driving engagement through these campaigns, contributing significantly to Bolt’s competitive edge in the ride-sharing market. Our team’s work is pivotal in fostering loyalty and promoting increased usage of Bolt’s services. Rides Experience The Rides Experience team addresses ride-hailing-specific issues that can be solved with geo-related improvements or require geo-related expertise. Our mission is that Drivers and Riders should never have a hard time finding each other. We will achieve this through a combination of location intelligence, data science and user interface features. Delivery Experience The Delivery Experience team addresses delivery-specific issues that can be solved with geo-related improvements or require geo-related expertise. Our goal is to help optimise operating costs and foster growth through location intelligence in close collaboration with the Eater, Courier and Marketplace teams.
