Rides Operations teams help scale ride-hailing across all markets. They document best practices, create playbooks, support local execution, gather market feedback, and monitor key supply metrics. The team also leads global programmes covering fleet management, vehicle financing, category growth, electrification, and driver partner engagement.

Rentals Operations helps keep vehicles on the road and available when users need them. The team oversees maintenance processes, regulatory compliance, warehouse operations, and vehicle rollouts, working closely with the in-house hardware team to support reliable operations at scale.

Global Delivery teams support Bolt Food and Bolt Market across more than 20 markets. They set standards for merchant and courier operations, sales, and account management, helping local teams operate consistently and grow efficiently. Central teams lead partner registration, lifecycle marketing, supply chain management, and commercial strategy. Local teams focus on growing the business and managing operations in their markets.

Our dedicated relocation team will support you and your family during the relocation process, handling all necessary immigration steps and helping you settle into life in your destination country.
