Work closely with operational stakeholders and data analysts to prioritize and align data modeling roadmaps, ensuring data solutions meet long-term scalable business needs
Manage third-party data ingestion with self-service tooling (Fivetran) for a limited number of use-cases
Make sure both core and semantic models support operational analysis by analysts for decision making
Develop and maintain the semantic layer for operational data in dbt, including reusable metrics. Follow system design and architectural best practices to ensure data integrity and efficiency across all processes. Ensure high-performance, scalable, reliable and maintainable data transformations. Oversee data quality and consistency across the analytics layer (incl. with proper tests coverage and alerting). Be a liaison between the CS analytics team and the data platform team
