About the role

As an Operations Specialist, you will be working closely with the Operations Managers and General Manager where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving business milestones and key metrics.

What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards

Generating reports and providing recommendations for improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.

Ensuring all fleet operations comply with regulations.

Analysing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.

Developing and executing strategies to keep the churning rate at minimum levels

Tracking and analyzing fleet performance metrics

What we expect

About you:

1-3 years of experience in operations or analytical position.

You're a great communicator.

You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.

You have excellent spoken and written English and Azerbaijani.

You're passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
