About the role

We’re looking for an analytical Senior Operations Specialist with a strong drive, great social and account management skills, with a passion for learning and readiness to challenge the status quo, to help us grow our ride-hailing operations in Croatia.

As a Senior Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!

You will work on analyzing data, establishing stronger supply management processes, identifying trends, generating insights, finding improvement opportunities & leading local operations projects, while working closely with local/cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make Croatian cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Analyzing data – you will be monitoring supply metrics to ensure marketplace health and act upon insights

Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that will impact the ride-hailing operations

Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations

Developing and executing strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges

Collaborating with both local operations and other local/HQ teams to streamline relevant processes and suggest improvements

What we expect

About you:

You have 3+ years experience in either an analytical position or in a consulting-oriented one

You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills

You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Croatian and English

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability to a startup environment

You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented and organized
