About the role

As the Regional Finance Manager for EU Rides, you will take on the crucial role of partnering with senior leadership to deliver on growth and profitability targets for the EU region. You will work on business and investment cases that require a high level of commercial and financial judgement. You will partner closely with regional leadership and global finance teams to ensure the scalability of the solutions being developed.

Working closely with the Europe Regional Director and other key stakeholders, this position requires a dynamic and collaborative finance professional who can drive financial insights and contribute to the company's overall success.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Clear understanding of the regional P&L, explaining growth drivers and deviations from budget to the regional leadership team and driving actions to deliver performance.
Work with Bolt’s central teams incl. growth analytics to assess and prioritize investments to drive topline growth taking into account regional dynamics.
Identify and execute against cost savings opportunities driving margin expansion.
Drive budget process for European countries ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the global process run across the organisation.
Establish regional FP&A function including local financial risk assessment and mitigation, while developing tools and solutions that can be scaled across all regions.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis or projects required by the regional manager and director to better understand and improve the local financial position.
What we expect
About you:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, particularly within the European market.
You have a solid understanding of assessing business/investment cases such as ROI.
You have commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across local as well as central stakeholders.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
