Global People Business Partner

We are looking for a passionate Global People Business Partner to join our team. As a People Business Partner, you will be the trusted people team representative for the most senior business stakeholders and their leadership teams in Bolt.

About the role

You are responsible for designing & implementing the people strategy of the business area they support in accordance with the overall business strategy and Bolt’s people agenda.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Create and drive business impact for key stakeholders and employees, ensuring competitive advantage for Bolt
Partner with Leaders to co-design and implement a people strategy that contributes to the overall success of the business unit
Manage and facilitate global workforce planning, organizational design and development
Practice leadership coaching and team building that supports change and growth
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Programmatic support of core People Programs including (but not limited to) the Bolt Annual Performance Process, Total Compensation Review, and Bolt Pulse Engagement survey
What we expect
About you:
You have at least 6 years experience in HR remit with demonstrated experience in supporting business performance and coaching and working with leaders in a partnership capacity supporting people and talent strategies, ideally in a global, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
You preferably have a postgraduate degree in HR
You have the ability to understand business strategy & goals and recommend relevant approaches to affect continuous improvements in productivity and development of People practices within Bolt
You possess a change-oriented mindset with an ability to guide leaders through organizational effectiveness, design, and change initiatives
You have proven experience in working with and within matrix structures and supporting global teams
You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment and approach things with a good sense of humor
