What you can expect

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Onboard new drivers onto Bolt's platform.

Verify, maintain, organize, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.

Address driver issues and queries in person and via email, finding effective resolutions.

Support local operations teams in initiatives that drive supply growth and compliance.

Engage with driver communities through events and ongoing communication.

Share regional insights with the Operations Specialist and/or Operations Manager.

What we expect

About you:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, capable of simplifying complex issues.

Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly identify problems and good spoken and written English.

Familiarity with computer tools and recognized as trustworthy.

A background in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
