About the role

The Senior Executive Recruiter will play a critical role in engaging and securing top executive talent (Director and above level) for Bolt with a primary focus on the Estonian market and bringing talent to our Estonian HQ hub. This person will own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles, partnering closely with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders to drive executive hiring strategies that align with company growth.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier executive talent for Director+ level roles across the organization.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates (including psychometric), ensuring the shortlists are comprised of engaged and market-leading candidates.
Maintain a proactive pipeline of executive talent to pre-build pipeline for business-critical roles, especially within Estonia, anticipating and meeting future hiring needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior hiring managers, guiding them through executive hiring processes and offering expert insights on talent market trends and best practices.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders, providing consistent updates on recruiting progress, talent availability, and market dynamics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in talent acquisition efforts across departments.
What we expect
About you:
You have extensive experience (8+ years) in executive recruiting, with a successful track record of hiring for senior leadership roles in large, high-growth organizations, ideally within the tech sector.
You demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders effectively, building trust and providing strategic recruitment insights.
You have a strong knowledge of the EMEA talent landscape, with an established network of executive contacts in Estonia and across the region.
You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights from recruitment metrics and talent data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
You have exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English and, ideally, Estonian, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and establishing rapport with diverse audiences, from senior candidates to executive stakeholders.
