Associate Financial Planning & Analytics Manager, Bolt Food

We are looking for an Associate Financial Planning & Analytics Manager to help us drive financial planning, budgeting, and efficiency analysis while leading strategic projects and providing key insights to support business growth and performance within Bolt Food.

About the role

Bolt Delivery launched in August 2019 and now operates in 16 countries and 130+ cities in Europe & Africa. The business unit includes restaurant delivery and grocery delivery.

In this role, you will contribute to one of the most critical teams within the Bolt Food organization. You will be responsible for financial planning and budgeting, efficiency analysis, business modelling and strategic projects within Bolt Food (restaurant delivery) unit, focusing on 1 of the 2 regional portfolios of the business.

You will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams, supporting them with actual performance reviews, efficiency insights, financial planning, and strategic guidance on business growth, financials, P&L and various improvements.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Execute budgeting and monthly forecasting during capital allocation cycles in collaboration with various functional stakeholders.
Develop and supervise financial models for strategic and financial purposes, including strategic planning, top-down budgeting, scenario analysis, and board discussions.
Participate in long-term business strategy development and provide regular updates.
Monitor performance indicators, analyze variances vs expectations, and highlight key trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
Prepare regular reporting materials and conduct ad-hoc financial and industry analyses to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating with the Controlling team to improve management reporting.
What we expect
About you:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, business valuation (e.g., Big-4), financial planning & analysis, or similar fields.
You have strong expertise in financial and business modeling, as well as budgeting tools, with proficiency in G-Sheets, Excel, and basic knowledge of SQL and BI/data visualization tools being advantageous.
You are able to understand complex business ecosystems and develop high-end financial and operational models, coupled with excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, with flexibility to adapt to pressing deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.
You are an effective collaborator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a basic level of project management abilities, able to drive aspects of projects across diverse business domains.
You are fluent in English.
