FP&A Analyst, Bolt Food

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to help us drive financial planning, business modeling, and strategic projects for Bolt Food, partnering with HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams to enhance performance reporting, financial planning, and KPI setting.

About the role

Bolt Delivery launched in August 2019, and now operates in 16 countries and 130+ cities in Europe & Africa. The business unit includes restaurant delivery and grocery delivery.
In this role you will contribute to one of the most critical teams within the Bolt Food organization. You will be involved in financial planning and budgeting, business modelling and strategic projects within Bolt Food (restaurant delivery) unit. You will be a strategic partner to numerous HQ, regional and cross-functional teams, supporting them with performance reporting, financial planning, KPI setting. This role requires excellent technical skills, confident business judgement, as well as strong analytical, problem solving interpersonal skills combined with corporate finance knowledge.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead operational performance reporting and presentations, managing cloud-based G-Sheet files and evolving structures to meet business needs.
Oversee KPI setting and tracking, collaborating with central and local teams.
Manage Total Delivery aggregation reporting to aid performance analysis and decision-making.
Contribute to budgeting, monthly forecasting, and the development and maintenance of financial models.
Participate in long-term business forecasting, providing regular updates and variance analysis.
Develop strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams while enhancing management reporting in collaboration with the Controlling team.
What we expect
About you:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, business valuation (Big-4), or financial planning & analysis.
You have strong expertise in financial and business modeling, and budgeting tools, and are proficient in G-Sheets and Excel; basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
You have basic experience with BI and data visualization tools and can translate complex ecosystems into financial models.
You have excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
You are flexible and can work under tight deadlines in a dynamic tech environment.
You are fluent in English with strong communication skills.
