Operations Manager, Maintenance

We’re looking for an analytical and hands-on Operations Manager Maintenance to join our Micromobility team focusing on the northern part of Poland. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the local maintenance team responsible for repairing our scooter/e-bike fleet and maintaining the highest quality standards.

About the role

As an Operations Manager Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for defining and implementing precise maintenance processes, and building and leading a strong and knowledgeable Maintenance team.

You'll work closely with the local Operations teams, Country Manager, and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal, and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products. Additionally, you will actively lead and support expansion plans, ensuring global requirements are followed and nationwide standards are implemented.

This position requires occasional travel and on-site visits to ensure all operations run smoothly.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and developing the Maintenance team and creating streamlined procedures and scalable processes to ensure efficient maintenance and boost productivity and profitability.
Defining and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with Lead Mechanics to establish an aligned warehouse setup and standard processes for inspecting, triaging, and maintaining e-scooters.
Owning, managing, and driving the expansion of the business in assigned cities and overseeing projects focused on business growth, process enhancements and customer satisfaction improvements.
Generating insights through analysis, developing advanced analytical models, and establishing reporting systems to ensure that individual warehouses are sufficiently staffed and stocked.
Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.
What we expect
About you:
You have several years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Management or a related field.
You have proven experience in managing and developing teams, are fluent in English and Polish, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and can easily network with people of various backgrounds.
You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
You’re comfortable with managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously and crafting business frameworks to support business decisions.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to change.
You’re interested in shared mobility and new technologies, and you drive efficiency by improving and standardising processes.
