Senior Product Manager, Bolt Business

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead the development and execution of our expense management area in Bolt Business including the launching and scaling of prepaid expense cards. In this role, you will drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap to create a seamless product experience that meets both customer needs and business objectives.

You will be part of a cross-functional team working closely with developers, data analysts, UX designers, sales teams, and account managers. The ideal candidate has a passion for payments, thrives in fast-paced environments, has B2C and B2B (optional) experience, and enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end product delivery.

You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for defining the product strategy for your domain based on the group’s strategy.

We’re looking for someone that is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy, and define measurable success metrics on the P&L level.

Your ability to build strong partnerships with cross-domain and cross functional stakeholders, and influence their strategy and decision making, will be essential to your success in this role.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects cross-functionally, taking ownership of implementation, and suggesting improvement across the business.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Expense Management domain, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, continuously improving the product based on user feedback and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, sales, marketing) to execute on the product vision and ensure seamless delivery.
Leverage customer insights and market research to define key features, prioritize initiatives, and drive product innovation.
Define and track success metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and product improvements.
Act as the voice of the product, presenting updates to stakeholders and influencing product decisions across the organization.
What we expect
About you:
Experienced Product Manager (5 years plus). You have a solid background in product management, preferably in the B2C space and/or payments industry.
Entrepreneurial & Hands-On: You are a self-starter with a proven track record of taking products from concept to launch.
Data-Driven: You use data and key metrics to drive insights and take product decisions.
Strong Communicator: You can effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Customer-Centric: You are passionate about creating products that solve real customer problems and enhance user experiences.
