We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to help us launch our ride-hailing vertical in Vietnam.

About the role
As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!
You will be leading local operations projects and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention
Review core metrics, form bonds with key partners and execute your supply, demand and investment strategies
Creating, optimizing or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future
Taking ownership over projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Vietnam to the next level
What we expect
About you:
You have 3+ years of experience in Operations, Startup or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasks
You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed
You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth
