Pricing Analyst, Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst for the Bolt Delivery business to help us drive data-backed pricing strategies across our 16 countries and ensure a competitive market positioning in the dynamic food delivery industry.

About the role

Bolt Delivery launched in August 2019 and now operates in 16 countries and 130+ cities in Europe & Africa. The Delivery business unit includes both restaurant delivery and grocery delivery.

In this role, you will be an integral part of one of the key strategic teams within the Delivery organisation. You will focus on analysing data, developing pricing models, and driving pricing strategies within the Delivery business. You will collaborate closely with HQ, regional, and cross-functional teams, providing insights into pricing performance, conducting market analysis and A/B tests, and supporting strategic decision-making.

This role demands strong analytical skills, solid business acumen, and a deep understanding of pricing fundamentals, complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to work with tens of country teams on a regular basis.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Building strategic frameworks for customer pricing across 16+ markets based on maturity, competition, and growth plans and identifying global/market trends to uncover growth and financial efficiencies for the business.
Building analytics tools to support pricing decision-making, helping improve current pricing processes to ensure we deliver consistent consumer fee experience to customers while balancing financial targets.
Conducting tons of A/B tests and providing analytics to support decision-making on pricing strategy across different markets.
Analysing competitor pricing and market share development based on the outcomes of different pricing strategies.
Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and consolidate all the learnings to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
Collaborating with different teams to develop and implement tools to provide competitive and consistent pricing strategies.
What we expect
About you:
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis, business modelling, strategic planning, or similar fields. Experience in a fast-paced startup focusing on marketplace business is a plus.
You have experience in designing pricing strategies, conducting data analysis, and leveraging insights for decision-making, with proficiency in G-Sheets, Excel, and a basic understanding of SQL.
You have experience in designing and analysing pricing-related A/B tests, combined with strong skills in statistical analysis.
You have experience in using BI/data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, and DataBricks.
You can analyse complex business ecosystems, develop advanced pricing frameworks, and build impactful operational models with precision and clarity.
You possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to tight deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment.
