Key Account Manager

We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join us as a Key Account Manager, successfully driving and expanding Bolt Rides' strategic partnerships in Portugal.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing strategic partnerships in the rides vertical, building lasting relationships with partners, and driving data-based performance improvements across the business.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the key partnerships at Bolt Rides and create new business opportunities.
Drive top-line revenue growth by overseeing the partnerships.
Analyze key performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive improvements in fleets.
Engage in the negotiation process of partnerships and act as a lead contributor.
Create engagement strategies for key partners and collaborate with local and central departments to implement them.
What we expect
About you:
You have a data-driven mindset and approach projects methodically, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in either an operational position or account management.
You are a strong collaborator and negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
You are highly analytical, with strong skills in interpreting and presenting data to support effective decision-making.
You are proactive and show strong initiative, with the ability to identify business opportunities, create actionable plans, and drive their execution effectively.
You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
