About the role
As a Senior Talent Sourcer you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, focus on proactively building robust talent pipelines for our engineering and product teams, connect with and qualify passive candidates across diverse markets. Your contributions will ensure Bolt remains competitive in attracting exceptional talent aligned with our ambitious goals and company values.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top product and engineering candidates across diverse channels, including our CRM (Gem), ATS (Greenhouse), LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, and networking events.
Identify and engage passive candidates, build meaningful relationships and ensure a proactive approach to future hiring needs.
Conduct talent market mapping and provide insights on market trends, competitor hiring strategies and salary benchmarks.
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with recruitment goals and timelines, understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing plans.
Stay ahead of sourcing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance strategies, improve sourcing workflows and ensure efficiency and scalability.
Present and leverage actionable market data, providing regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines and key metrics with stakeholders.
What we expect
About you:
3+ years of experience in technology talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, CRM/ATS systems, and social media networking.
Proven expertise in identifying and engaging passive talent across various functions and geographies.
Experience conducting talent market research, able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and use data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and promoting Bolt’s employer brand.
