Recruitment Operations Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Operations Manager role manages Talent Acquisition programs on a global scale, supports running recruitment operations at Bolt (using data to support the performance and output of the team and suggest improvements), and facilitates communication with the Talent Acquisition organization.

The role includes proposing and setting prioritization, deliverables, and focus areas on a cyclical (quarterly/annual) basis, as well as measuring success, capturing insights/opportunities for future optimizations, and continuous improvement.

The ultimate goal of the role is to bring structure, and standardization (where possible) and to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring efforts and ways of working.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Playing an active part in priority, goal & deliverable setting within the Talent Acquisition team.
Project management and delivery of mid-/large scale projects and programs within the global recruitment initiatives roadmap and identifying areas for further improvement.
Taking an agile approach to project management to measure and manage the progress of the core initiatives + keep stakeholders updated.
Measuring the impact of key project activities on the overall TA results and company success.
Ownership of internal Talent Acquisition knowledge management (Confluence guides, written documentation).
Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to drive engagement, remove barriers, and receive input on initiatives being worked on + future focus areas.
What we expect
About you:
You have 5+ years of experience in operations role, including a minimum of 2 years experience managing/running cross-functional projects.
You have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adjusting project approaches/strategies/execution based on evolving needs and priorities.
You have analytical skills and abilities to support strategy building with metrics as a basis.
You have a proven track record of successful program or project delivery and execution.
You have experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and ideally recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse)
You have strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to work within a diversified business culture, as well as engage and influence.
