Operations Manager

As Bolt continues to expand its ride-hailing business across Middle East and North Africa, we are looking for a data-driven, passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with excellent leadership skills to help us transform the mobility industry in MENA, especially focused on our new market - Dubai.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for driving Bolt’s strategy in key markets, with a focus on Dubai and other markets in the MENA region. This includes ensuring local partners have the tools, knowledge, and support needed for success while working closely with multiple support teams across departments.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Close cooperation with our partners, working as a connection between our HQ teams and the local teams.
Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention.
Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems and driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.
Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
Training local operations teams, making sure that they have all the knowledge and tools in order to deliver the best results on local markets.
Technical setup of our cities, including pricing, polygon mapping, pickup spots, airports and others.
What we expect
About you:
You have 4+ years of experience in Operations within the Ride-Hailing industry and/or 3+ years of experience in an Operations Management role with a strong analytical component.
You possess a data-driven analytical mindset and skills, with advanced knowledge in Excel as a requirement.
You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset, and you can examine data to optimise your team's activities and identify patterns and trends within the data.
You have experience leading a team and a passion for developing people.
You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.
You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.
