Tallinn Hub

Inside our Estonian HQ
The Tallinn hub is our largest office and home to most of our management and senior leaders. Over 1300 people are based in our HQ. The office hosts more than 30 teams from all business functions, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Our working space in Tallinn is spread over three buildings. The offices are divided into individual workstations, team spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.

Office location
Our office complex is located close to the city centre in Veerenni, and the hub is well-connected by public transport. The heart of the city is just a 10-minute bike or scooter ride away, but many HQ employees walk to the office — including our CEO.

Hear from our people
“I'm grateful for the opportunity to bring my dog to the office, as it has significantly improved my work-life balance. Eliminating the logistical challenges of traditional pet care options, such as dog daycare or rushed post-work walks, has resulted in a more relaxed lifestyle and a more productive workday for me.”
Indra Borodin, Internal Finance Operations Manager
Working in Tallinn
Estonia and Tallinn specifically have many things to offer. Below are just some of the benefits of living and working here.
Live in a digital society
Estonia’s one of the world’s leading digital societies. 99% of public sector services are online — we declare our taxes in minutes and even vote online.

Get around with English
Estonians are often trilingual. English is widely and, in many cases, fluently spoken by locals.

Enjoy a comfortable lifestyle
Estonia has some of the most affordable living costs in Europe, especially when it comes to rent, public transport, and dining out.

Stay safe
Multiple global institutions recognise Estonia as one of the safest countries to live in and travel to.

Fill your lungs with clean air
According to the World Health Organisation, Estonia has some of the cleanest air in the world. Over 50% of the land is covered by forest, and the closest wetland area is just a 20-minute car ride from the city centre.

Travel within Europe
You can take direct flights from Tallinn to 48 destinations in 23 countries and easily reach Europe’s largest cities.

Be where the best education is
Estonia’s education system ranks in the top three in the world, with Estonian pupils scoring first in reading, science, and mathematics in Europe.
