Account Specialist

Bolt Food is looking for a passionate Account Specialist to drive our business, developing, supporting growth of our partner restaurants in the designated area.

About the role

As an Account Specialist you will have a clear understanding of our key business goals and actively support our partners to generate long-term value for our partners on the platform. In addition you also have to be a strong team player and willing to do things outside of the day-to-day work activities - supporting local execution of our global projects through collaboration with the Account Management team in managing business priorities.

Bolt Food currently operates in 12+ countries across Europe & Africa and will expand to more markets in the next few years!

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Regularly communicating with restaurant partners via phone, email, and Zoom to monitor and support their progress towards achieving their business objectives
Collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges of the accounts you manage
Analysing and monitoring your portfolio of accounts to ensure a good merchant experience and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Negotiating contract conditions and commission rates, upselling new products and marketing campaign plans
What we expect
About you:
1-2 years of experience: preferably in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, or a related field
You're proficient in English and Maltese and can build professional relationships with business partners using your listening, negotiation and persuasion skills
You’ve demonstrated your ability to meet critical metrics and revenue goals while ensuring successful client results
You have a data-driven, analytical mindset and can efficiently leverage diverse tools to tackle complex challenges
You’re interested in new technologies and food tech and feel comfortable managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously while communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders
Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership
