Area Manager
We're looking for an experienced Area Manager to join the Bolt Food team in the Ukraine. You’ll drive our growth across multiple cities by setting a clear strategy and ensuring its execution.

About the role
As an Area Manager, you'll drive business growth by focusing on margin, volume and profit, providing a strategy and ad-hoc support to the Partners' Operations, Account Management and Sales Teams in your region.
What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Drive top-line revenue growth by overseeing operations of multiple cities and ensuring optimal performance of mid-market restaurants within the designated segment and cities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the General Manager and functional teams, advocating for the specific needs and challenges faced by the cities under management.
Analyse key performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive improvements in mid-market merchant performance within the designated cities.
Ensure renegotiating the contract's conditions such as commission rates and campaign plans with restaurants on a monthly basis.
Forecast growth and evaluate the attainment of business goals within the mid-market segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Campaigns, Partners Operations, Customer Service, and Courier teams, to drive overall business growth and success.
What we expect
About you:
You have strong commercial / business development skills as well as experience in account management or other commercial strategy roles, driving commercial success of the business.
You have good analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
You are high in initiative and proactiveness and can identify business opportunities, build a plan and drive its execution.
You are an excellent communicator and collaborator while working optimally in a matrix environment and driving cross-functional collaboration with excellent organisational and project management skills.
You ideally have experience managing new product launches or market entry processes.
You have excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
