Business Development Representative

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Bolt Business team in Bucharest, Romania. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will help drive our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads.

About the role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in fueling Bolt Business' growth by identifying high-potential leads and setting up meetings for our Enterprise Sales team, while being responsible for engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships.

You’ll work closely with Senior Business Development Managers, and other key teams to ensure a steady flow of opportunities, while also improving prospecting strategies and techniques.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Actively prospecting for new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreaches to identify and qualify potential leads.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable solutions.
Securing initial meetings or product demos with qualified leads for the sales team and ensuring a smooth handoff to Senior Business Development Managers.
Continuously optimizing your prospecting techniques and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, while tracking key metrics like meetings booked and Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Team Lead, sharing insights on pipeline performance.
What we expect
About you:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, preferably in an outbound lead generation or sales development role.
You’re highly motivated and driven by growth and team success.
You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excel at building relationships with potential clients.
You’re a creative problem solver with a proven track record in meeting top-of-the-funnel KPIs and driving lead conversion.
You have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and you’re proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms.
