B2B Business Sales Development Manager, Charging

We’re looking for an Business Development Manager to join our Hardware charging team in Lithuania. You’ll drive our sales growth, reach out to businesses, meet clients, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.

This role is a commission-based role and not a full-time position.

About the role

Charging Dock Business Development Manager is a dynamic and impactful position for an ambitious professional aiming to make a significant contribution in the fast-paced world of mobility. In this role, you will be directly engaging in outbound sales initiatives, showcasing your ability to proactively identify and pursue new partners with suitable locations to expand our charging dock network. You will be instrumental in building successful partnerships. This position demands a blend of strategic sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of customer needs, making it ideal for someone ready to elevate their sales career and drive meaningful business growth.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manually add new leads to the sales funnel, playing a critical role in expanding our market reach.
Qualify, deduplicate, and score leads based on specific criteria to streamline the sales process.
Conduct targeted outreach to a curated list of potential partners, expanding our network and fostering new business relationships.
Efficiently gather all necessary information and documents from partners, ensuring a smooth transition to active operations.
Record, update and check activities performed in the database to provide relevant data.
What we expect
About you:
2+ years of prior B2B sales experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities..
You can effectively communicate in English and Lithuanian, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Sales experience in Retail, Hotels or corporate real estate is advantageous
Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
