About the role

You’ll be responsible for bringing restaurants into our platform while negotiating win-win terms, transitioning them to the Operations and Account management team and securing the perfect onboarding experience.

What you can expect
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the whole sales funnel, including leads processing, prospecting, planning meetings and closing
Being the first contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding, resolving any operational and administrative issues, and ensuring effective management of current accounts to achieve maximum business results
Working closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth partner activations and with the Account Management team to assist restaurants in their growth on our platform
Tracking all sales activities, including emails, calls, and next steps, in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool to generate a comprehensive history
Achieving growth targets by increasing sales and maintaining excellent relationships with our partners
What we expect
About you:
You have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or a related field, ideally in the food delivery industry
You will have excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and communicative English, possessing strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
You demonstrate an analytical mindset and an advanced understanding of leveraging a set of tools to manage data and, ideally, experience working with a CRM
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and adapting quickly to change
Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership
